Is your packaging plastic-free?
Absolutely. We use recycled cardboard boxes and wrap our rolls in colorful paper to keep them hygienic. No plastic wrap in sight!

What is your return policy?

Is your bamboo toilet paper safe for septic tanks?
Yes, both our 100% Recycled and Premium Bamboo rolls are biodegradable and safe for standard septic tanks. They break down easily and won't cause blockages.
